Youth involved in FNL programs will have the opportunity to participate in a safe environment with qualified staff, such as teachers, counselors, and/or after-school program staff, that believe in developing the skills and resilient traits of youth.
Youth will gain:

- Leadership opportunities for non-traditional leader's on campus
