St. Anthony Claret’s Friday Night Live chapter members are currently working on an underage drinking and house parties campaign. The chapter members identified that peer pressure, lack of parental supervision, and parents condoning parties with alcohol present are problems contributing to house parties leading to underage drinking. To determine the extent surrounding these topics, chapter members are going to create a survey assessing these specific issues. Chapter members are also creating a skit dealing with house parties, developing a presentation featuring underage drinking statistics, and intend to provide a list of resources for parents on underage drinking prevention.
