Imperial Middle School chapter members made change on their school campus by offering permanent solutions to reduce trash. After school and on weekends, Imperial's field is used for soccer and softball, and people often leave their trash. The leaders invited their whole school to help clean the field and then took pictures of the many bags of trash collected. A letter was then sent to the City of La Habra asking the City Council to place permanent trash cans and more signage in the field.

Chapter members are continuing their school conditions project. They are planning to take the information gathered during their all-campus field clean-up and share it with the local Lion’s Club in hopes of receiving donations of trash receptacles. The leaders will continue to contact the La Habra City Council in hopes of gaining support and donations for their project.
