Myth: OCFNLP is just about having fun!
Fact: Chapter members focus on building positive relationships with their peers and being active leaders and resources in their schools and communities. This is accomplished through leadership trainings, team building activities, and prevention/advocacy projects. In addition to such meaningful events, youth are also invited to attend countywide alternative activities to socialize and network in a fun, safe, and drug free environment.

Myth: OCFNLP must host events on Friday night!
Fact: Chapter members along with the advisor plan and hold meetings and activities when and where they choose. The name Friday Night Live reflects the program's early beginnings which focused on decreasing drinking and driving.

The Orange County Friday Night Live Partnership (OCFNLP) is administered by Orange County Department of Education (OCDE) and
funded by the County of Orange Health Care Agency, Alcohol and Drug Education and Prevention Team (ADEPT).
